Führen Sie für SLE 15 das Folgende als root aus:

zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/YaST:SLE-15:GA/SLE_15/YaST:SLE-15:GA.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install yast2-proxy
